Public Access Links

Public Access Links can be created for assets.

• Generate single public-access URLs for individual assets.

• Bulk-generate public links by selecting multiple assets and adding them to a group.

• Viewers can copy a public link as long as it has already been generated by an Admin or an Editor.

Links can be generated for a single asset in the asset form view.

You can also generate public links in the Asset Table through Actions

Or through Bulk Editing

If you want to remove public links, select the assets you want to remove the links from and click Generate Public Links to access the public link modal. From here you can remove all links from the selected assets.
