Managing access to your CADdetails Client Portal.

There are three types of user accounts in Prodify; Admin, Editor, and Guest. Admins are able to manage settings for other users in your company, including access to your CADdetails Analytics.
Each company has access to two seats for their Client Portal. If a seat is still available, Admins are able to invite another user to the Client Portal. If a seat is not available, you can request access in the Manage Users settings. Under Analytics Access in the User table, select the ellipses to submit a request for an additional Analytics seat.
Client Portal Seats
Each company receives two seats for the Client Portal.
If a seat is available, Admins can invite a new user directly.
If both seats are already taken, you can request an additional seat.
How to Request Another Analytics Seat
Go to Manage Users under the Settings menu at the top right in Prodify.
In the Analytics Access column of the user table, click the ellipsis (β―).
Select Request Additional Analytics Seat and submit your request.

User Roles in Prodify
Admins
These accounts have top level permissions.
Administer accounts manage settings for other users in your company.
Can edit permissions for all content and folders
Access billing and subscription information.
Set default fields for table, gallery, and form views.
Create share groups.
The Admin account is for manager-level users administering the account.
Editors
Can edit content.
Organize content into folders.
Add content to Favorites.
Share assets and folders with external parties.
Create share groups.
This level of permissions is best suited for Marketing team members.
Viewers
View and download all content
Add favorites.
Share assets and folders.
This permission level is best suited for sales representatives and SDRs and is ideal for users who need to access assets but not manage or organize assets.
