How to Upload and Visualize on Prodify

The Prodify Visualizer allows you to visualize design files and share those visualized assets with your team and your prospects.
Visualize Your Files - Supported File Types
Upload one of the Supported file types. The following file types are supported by the Visualizer:

For Zip files, only 1 file can be selected per zip file. Select the main model inside the zip file for visualization.
You will receive an email when the files are finished processing.
Visualizer Credits
When you save files that can be visualized, you will be prompted to select the files you want to visualize. Each company starts with 10 credits. Revit and Naviworks visualizations cost 0.5 credits, and other visualized asset cost 0.1 credits.
Visualizer Errors
Some files are not support in the visualizer, and you may encounter errors when attempting to visualize these files.
Revit Unsupported Version
Revit files saved in an old version of Revit are not supported. Please upgrade your project to Revit 2015 or later to visualize this file.
Translation Worker-Recoverable Internal Failure
Corrupt DWGs and files created in Solidworks are not supported. Please open your file in Autodesk and save then try to upload and visualize again.
