Linking Assets to Products

You can link your assets to your Products in the Product form, or you can link your assets to Products using the Asset ID in the Product Import Spreadsheet template when importing product data.

Accessing the Product Form

When viewing a Product Family in the Product Family Form, you should see the product family image (if linked) at the top left. To the right will be editable details about the product family. Below that you have the options to Configure your Product Table or Add Products. Below that is the product table. Within this table you can access individual Products by the square arrow icon located beside the SKU:

Linking Assets in the Product Form

Select a Product and view it in the Product form with the square arrow icon.

Add Assets will be shown in the center of the Product form. The Add Preview Image and Add Assets menus are now consistent in size across all pages where they appear.

Selecting Add Assets prompts you to upload assets or link existing assets.

You can upload assets right from this view or select Link Existing Assets to view currently available assets you can link.

Use the checkboxes to select one or multiple assets, then select Link Asset.

Assets can be applied to multiple Products at the same time. Select assets and link them to multiple Products in a single action.

You can also list assets in the Product Import Form when you import products by spreadsheet. List your existing assets using the Asset ID under "Assets" in the spreadsheet. For more information on importing and mapping your products, check out these articles:

Assets Tab

The Assets tab on the Product form lets you manage both file assets and embedded video links associated with your product.

Switching Views

Use the toggle icons at the top right of the Assets tab to switch between Tile View and Table View.

In Table View, use the switch to toggle between File Assets and Embed Links.

Adding Assets

Click Add to open the add menu, then choose:

• File Assets — upload or select file assets from the library.

• Embed Link — opens the embed link tile drawer.

Adding an Embed Link

1. Click Add → Embed Link.

2. The embed link tile drawer opens, showing thumbnails of all available links from your Embed Link Library.

3. Click a tile to preview the embed in a modal, or select it to link it to this Product.

4. The linked embed link appears in both Tile View and Table View.

Embed link tables now include a Title column, making it easier to identify each linked embed.

Note: Viewer roles cannot see unlink, apply, or batch action controls.

Editing Asset Type

In Table View, select one or more assets and choose Edit Asset Type from the selection toolbar to change the asset type.
