Prodify Lite: Easy way to duplicate / create a new "Product" folder structure matching the default🟢

Description: Summary Clients need a simple way to duplicate or add a new empty "Product" folder structure in Prodify that matches the default folder setup, so each new product line starts with a consistent, pre-built folder scaffold. Proposed default folder structure (draft):DAM Onboarding Folder Structure [Draft].loop Problem The current process for creating folders is cumbersome. When clients want to set up a new product line, they either have to manually recreate the folder hierarchy or rely on the CADdetails team to build folders for them. Without a predefined structure, clients aren't sure where files belong or what files to provide if the structure was defined and repeatable they would be set up for success. Client Feedback (Renaissance Patio call — July 2026) Client didn't know where to put files during onboarding Client requested a predefined folder structure per product Client found the current setup overwhelming Currently, ot managers offer to manually create folder structures for clients as a workaround — this doesn't scale. Requested Enhancement One-click (or otherwise easy) way to duplicate the default Product folder structure, creating a new empty set of folders mirroring the default layout (e.g., specs, drawings, connection details, instruction guides, images). Folder templates could act as a built-in guide showing clients exactly what content is expected and where it goes. Default structure should follow the draft linked above. Context Classified as a near-term enhancement Sent to DevOps/Product for review and needs to be flushed out further @Rebecca Griesmayer

Clients Requesting CRM / CADdetails Analytics Requests ChamClad (HubSpot) FoxBlocks (CRM: Zoho) Rite Hite (CRM) Nichiha (CRM: Salesforce) PlayPower (automated lead sending) See also the related Featurebase Post: https://feedback.dash.tryprodify.com/p/rfq-integration-with-crm-salesforce-client-will-not-go-live CRM Integration - Client Feature Request Summary: https://caddetails.teamwork.com/spaces/client-success-team/page/71748-crm-integration-with-analytics From Miranda re ChamClad Hi Team, While on a call with Jamie at ChamClad she let me know they’re using Hubspot, and Jamie asked if there was any way that the CADdetails analytics could work directly with hubspot. She also said that Rita had mentioned “Nutshell”(they’re not using that one yet) too as a potential platform to use with our Analytics. Just passing this on for future integrations. Thanks From client meeting Danika re FoxBlocks. Bonner from FoxBlocks requested an integration with their CRM, Zoho. He also was asking if he could set it up himself through Zapier. Freer sharing of links without requiring multiple steps to view🟢

MOSO flagged that Prodify's sharing workflow is creating friction in their sales channel Their typical flow: consumer asks retailer → retailer asks distributor → distributor asks MOSO If MOSO sends a Prodify link to a distributor, the distributor cannot reshare it freely with the retailer The login/email verification step is a dealbreaker for downstream recipients — Ryan said: "The minute you click on a thing and it says I need your email address and a password, they're out." Request: Freer sharing of links without requiring registration to view Watch the full call here: https://app.fireflies.ai/view/CADdetails-2026-Product-Updates-Review::01M21D615QHM8DB3E3YNKTXX5J Thank you!

Prodify Lite: Notifications for Internal Teams When Clients Upload Content🟢

Summary Add the ability for internal teams to receive a notification when a client uploads content to the DAM. Problem There's currently no way to know that a client has interacted with or uploaded content to the DAM folders and is ready to move forward with profile creation - other than the client emailing our team directly. This creates unnecessary back-and-forth and delays. Requested Enhancement When a client uploads content to the DAM, trigger a notification to the internal team so no manual check-in or client email is required. At minimum, the onboarding team should receive this notification. Ideally, the notification recipients would be configurable - allowing us to add specific email addresses (e.g. an expanded group beyond just onboarding, such as account managers or team leads) rather than being locked to a single fixed recipient. Clients have specifically asked whether we're notified automatically or if they need to follow up with us - the goal is a simple "upload and go" experience for them, with our team notified automatically on the backend. Priority / Impact Would reduce onboarding friction, improve upload accuracy, and shorten time to value for new onboards. Would also improve our response times and overall customer service.

Prodify Lite: Folder-Specific URLs (Direct Folder Links)🟢

OT requires URLs to share specific folders during onboarding for the uploading process. From RG: Direct folder links: There is currently no way to provide direct links to specific folders in the DAM. This does not block Phase I — Onboarding can direct clients to the DAM in Prodify, and clients can upload into the structured folders from there. Direct folder links would simply be a nice-to-have improvement to enable us to direct the clients to a specific folder in the DAM via a direct link. DAM Onboarding Folder Structure [Draft].loop Summary Add the ability to generate a direct link (URL) to a specific folder in the Prodify DAM, so clients can be sent straight to the exact folder where they should upload their files. Problem There is currently no way to link to a specific folder within the DAM. During onboarding, we can only direct clients to the DAM in Prodify generally — from there, clients have to navigate the folder structure themselves to find the correct upload location. This adds friction and increases the chance of files being uploaded to the wrong place. Requested Enhancement Ability to copy/share a direct URL to any specific folder in the DAM. When a client opens the link, they land directly in that folder, ready to upload — ideally as an "Uploader link" scoped to that folder. Priority / Impact Nice-to-have — does not block Phase I. Onboarding can currently direct clients to the DAM in Prodify, and clients can upload into the structured folders from there. Would reduce onboarding friction, improve upload accuracy, and pair well with the standardized default folder structure (see related ticket: "Easy way to duplicate / create a new Product folder structure").

Referring Site Analytics for Design Hub🟢

Nadia Gilbert with Stûv America requested a report of visits by source or referring site for the past 12 months Client Email: We would also like to better understand CADdetails’ actual contribution to Stûv’s visibility and clarify how the statistics in our monthly reports are defined and calculated. Since our Design Hub is hosted on stuvamerica.caddetails.com, could you please provide us with a report of visits by source or referring site for the past 12 months? We are mainly looking to distinguish between: visits coming from stuvamerica.com or stuv.com; visits coming from other referral sources. The objective is to understand what share of the Design Hub traffic is generated by the CADdetails ecosystem versus what share comes from our own links and marketing efforts. Thank you!
