She also said that Rita had mentioned “Nutshell”(they’re not using that one yet) too as a potential platform to use with our Analytics. Just passing this on for future integrations. Thanks From client meeting Danika re FoxBlocks. Bonner from FoxBlocks requested an integration with their CRM, Zoho. He also was asking if he could set it up himself through Zapier. Maxxon Feature Request: SharePoint Integration / Automated Asset Syncing From Prodify

Hi TechOps, We received a request from a client asking about the possibility of integrating Prodify with SharePoint for automatic file syncing or scheduled exports (weekly/monthly backups). Their current workflow is: Marketing uploads/manages assets in Prodify Other departments (Sales, R&D, Technical, etc.) access files through SharePoint They’d like to avoid maintaining uploads in both platforms Specifically, they asked if: Assets uploaded to Prodify could automatically sync to SharePoint Or if there could be a scheduled export/backup process to SharePoint I mentioned that we don’t currently support this integration, but that I’d share the feedback internally as part of future enhancement discussions. Thank you!

Max Assets limit not updated after permanently deleting trashed assets🔵

When a company reaches its Max Assets limit and then permanently deletes assets from the trash, the system does not recalculate the asset count correctly. As a result, the application still treats the deleted assets as active and shows that the limit has been exceeded Steps to Reproduce: Set company Max Assets limit to 100. Upload or have 100 active assets. Move ~90 assets to Trash. Empty the Trash (permanently delete those assets). Attempt to upload or create new assets. Expected Result: After emptying the trash, the asset count should be updated, and the user should be able to upload new assets within the limit. Actual Result: The system still counts deleted assets toward the limit and shows that the user exceeds the Max Assets limit.
