Managing Seats and Permissions

Prodify provides Share Analytics for information on activity in Prodify. CADdetails clients also may have access to their CADdetails and Design Hub Client Portal. Each company has access to two seats for the Client Portal. If a seat is still available, Admins are able to invite another user to the Client Portal. If a seat is not available, you can request access in the Manage Users settings. Under Analytics Access in the User table, select the ellipses to submit a request for an additional Analytics seat. Alternatively, if you wish to add a new Analytics user without submitting a request, you must first disable one of the three active Analytics seats.

There are three types of user accounts in Prodify; Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Admins are able to manage settings for other users in your company.

Client Portal Seats

Each company receives 2 seats for the Client Portal. You can submit a request for additional users. To add a new Analytics user without submitting a request, first disable one of the two active Analytics seats.

How to Request Another Analytics Access

1. Go to Manage Users under the Settings menu at the top right in Prodify.

2. In the Analytics Access column of the user table, click the ellipsis (⋯).

3. Select Request Additional Analytics Seat and submit your request.

How to Swap an Analytics User Without Submitting a Request

1. Go to Manage Users under the Settings menu at the top right in Prodify.

2. In the Analytics Access column, locate one of the three active Analytics seats you wish to disable.

3. Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to that user and select Disable Analytics Seat.

4. Once the seat is disabled, invite or enable the new user's Analytics access.
