Some Featurebase Help Center Links are not treated as Public🔵

Follow up to PRDF-595

Nick: Featurebase is running into a weird error… some of the links aren’t being treated as “public”, even though they worked on Friday… but for now I just made both links point to: https://feedback.dash.tryprodify.com/en/help/articles/1800632-visualizing-assets , just so we don’t have to delay the release. We can hot fix this later if needed!

Note: I chatted with Featurebase and our account settings as a private company are the issue.

Only Featurebase Admins can currently access the Help Center. Users attempting to access help not only cannot access but they need to refresh, or they are stuck in Prodify.
