Unresponsive Modal for Image Upload in Products

When uploading images to a product, the modal is unresponsive. Typically the upload does happen, but the status bar does not indicate the upload has proceeded, and the image does not appear. Afterwards if I try to link the image, it has been uploaded as an asset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1) Visit https://dash.tryprodify.com/6/products/80

2) Attempt to upload a new image

3) Observe the progress bar does not move

4) Observe the image does not update

5) Attempt to link an image from the asset library

6) Note your recent attempt to upload an image has succeeded and you can link the uploaded image.
