Unable to Tag Images

I am trying to add tags to images in our drive. After I select my tags and press ‘save’, the popup window will disappear, and I will see the tags I just added on the files. After about 2 seconds, the folder will reload, and all of my tags are gone.

The same happens when I try to remove a tag, I choose the tags to remove, the popup closes, and it looks like it worked. then after 2 seconds, the page reloads and the tags are back.
