SLEEKFENCE (#5699) - Active User / Access Denied

Hi Team,

My client, Ryan, currently has access to their analytics in the backend (their status shows as Active) however, they are receiving a “denied access” message when attempting to log in (see screenshot below). Since this is a first-year client, it would be greatly appreciated if we could get this resolved as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any additional details from my end to help troubleshoot.
