Side Bar Auto Collapse

Problem: When using the side-bar navigation, it auto-collapses hindering quick navigation through the platform. This forces the user to do more, not less clicking as they have to keep re-opening.

Proposal: Change it to manual. This is standard industry best practice and should be followed here. As an optional add-on control, you could allow a user to “auto-collapse side bar” in a user setting.

This is a quality of life update.
