Remove first and last name from invite users modal🔵

When you invite a new users it asks you to input there name but the following issues occur:

1. As soon as you start typing an email, the name disappears.
2. If the user is already a Prodify User then there name will auto-fill the first and last name, but if you change these then you can potentially change the users name across the other organizations they are in and overwrite their own name.

I think we should just remove name from the invite user modal and let the user set it themselves when they register or leave it blank otherwise.
