Re-sending emails for Prodify Access - Issue with enabling🔵

Hello!

I am running into a glitch when I am resending the prodify invite to clients. When I delete the old email and invite the user again, I slide the enabled bar over and save. The client will email me saying they can get in but they don’t see the analytics. When I open the prodify admin again, the bar has reset to disabled. I slide it again, save, and it works.

This has occurred with

[email protected] at Titus Surfacing and [email protected] at Quikserv and US Bullet Proofing.
