Prodify On-Demand Demo

An idea was proposed during the Prodify Update meeting to create on-demand recorded demos of Prodify that existing clients can access at their convenience. This initiative aims to streamline the demo and trial-signup process by reducing the need for scheduled calls.

The Prodify On-Demand Demo initiative would:

• Provide a professionally recorded walkthrough of Prodify’s key features, use cases, and value.

• Allow existing clients to explore the platform without waiting to book a live session.

• Reduce the friction typically associated with scheduling demos or coordinating calendars.

• Support clients who prefer self-guided learning or require immediate access.

Implementing on-demand demos could:

• Increase trial adoption by offering immediate engagement.

• Improve accessibility for clients in different time zones or with busy schedules.

• Reduce demo-related workload for Client Success while still offering high-quality information.

• Maintain consistency in how Prodify is introduced and presented.
