During the Prodify Update meeting, the idea was raised to develop a Prodify AI Agent, inspired by the successful TMP Agent implemented by TechOps. The goal of this initiative would be to strengthen internal support and improve operational efficiency across Client Success and other teams that frequently rely on Prodify processes, workflows, and knowledge.
The proposed Prodify AI Agent would:
Serve as an AI assistant capable of answering Prodify-related questions.
Provide guidance on sales workflows, features, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Improve onboarding and inquiries handled by Client Success.
Offer consistent, up-to-date information sourced from Prodify documentation.
Proposed next step:
Determine scope and priority for the agent. This touches on Enablement so please include El in discussions.

We have a Prodify AI Agent through the chat bot. It is trained to Serve as an AI assistant capable of answering Prodify-related questions, Improve onboarding and inquiries handled by Client Success, and Offer consistent, up-to-date information sourced from Prodify documentation. It is not trained to provide guidance on sales workflows, Features, best practices. Can we train the existing chat agent with the appropriate documentation or do we need this to be internal-only?
Can we train the existing AI assistant rather than developing another Agent?
