Large MP4s 500+MB Not Streaming in Prodify

This needs to be part of a (small) Epic. We need to upgrade our streaming service.

Hold on this for now until we have user feedback. Known issue.

1. They no longer have a preview image.

2. They don't seem to play in the Asset form view.

3. Weirdly this only works for MP4s uploaded recently, older files work fine.
   
   ex. Prodify

^^ Preview works for PD-19375 and PD-19376 but not PD-19416 and PD-20256

The above was observed by Charley. After further testing it is not all files, but larger mp4s may be the issue.
