Investigate and fix token errors🔵

We’re still running into token issues in specific user cases that need to be investigated.

Dev Note: After significant investigation I believe I have the root cause of this identified and fixed. The cause appears to be our IP check failing and then causing a cascade of failures generating an AnonymousID for the user.
