Intercom Chat Doesn't Automatically Show when I log in as a new userπŸ”΅

I used 2 different personal email addresses to access Prodify as a new user at the chat icon did not show up unless I refreshed. I used Intercom help and received the following: β€œThe chat icon should appear automatically without needing a refresh. This issue typically occurs when user data doesn't update on the initial page load.

To fix this, call the Intercom("update") method on each new page load or when new content is presented. This ensures the Messenger appears promptly for users.

For single-page applications, you can also use the Intercom('boot', intercomSettings) method to control when Intercom loads, which is useful when users may not be logged in initially.

Additionally, check your Messenger visibility settings at Settings > Channels > Messenger > Web. Make sure the launcher is enabled for authenticated users (not just leads) to ensure it appears for logged-in users with personal email addresses.”
