Indicate If There are No Assets or No Folders🔵

If nothing is within an asset folder, it should indicate there are no assets or no folders.

For the shared view only (different from the internal views):
IF no subfolders THEN hide the subfolders section (just completely remove it from the view)
IF no Assets THEN hide the assets section.
IF no Assets or SubFolders THEN show a graphic or placeholder that indicates that “This folder is empty”

Note to El: Once Design is done, change the status to Queued for Dev
