Inconsistent experience in batch editing tags

When batch applying tags to assets, the user has to select between different options for tagging (remove options for add new , replace all etc) - this process is causing friction in applying tags. The user mentioned they’d like the UX to be similar to batch applying Asset types, which is experience is easy and frictionless, allowing them to apply and remove tags simply by selecting and unselecting them.

To replicate:

1. Select multiple assets> batch edit > Tags

2. Compare the UX to: Select multiple assets > batch edit > Asset type
