Getting access to links

Hello,

I’m sending links to a user that’s not set up on Prodify. I copied the links and pasted them into an email. I clicked on the link I pasted to make sure it was the correct file and it won’t allow me access. I also asked for permission but not sure where that goes to. I may need to request access from the people that put the files into the system? But I have admin access, so I’m not sure why it’s not working. Thanks for your help!
