Enable Country-Specific Analytics Distribution🟢

We received a request from a client asking whether Performance Summary and Design Hub reports could be filtered and exported by country (US vs. Canada), similar to the Leaderboard.

The use case is that they want to send US-only metrics to one stakeholder and Canada-only metrics to another through scheduled exports.

Sharing in case this is something we would want to consider as part of the analytics revamp/Overview Dashboard. We will want to consider the impacts of its visibility and whether we feel it may be too niche given the smaller Canadian audience.
