Downloading content from folders (Parent & Child) 🔵

I’ve noticed some issues when trying to download content from folders using various trigger mechanisms and ran into the following issues:

  • For this one, I can now confirm that the issue with the MP4 download specifically is NOT linked to the fact that I recovered the file from the trash. The download of that object just does not work and the asset size is set to 0. This could be due to the fact that the mp4 itself is very large (~30+ minute video)

  • Actions downloads not working

  • mp4 downloads not working through

EH SUMMARY:

• As a guest user, the user cannot download content (vid 1) except through the Download Asset button.

• Natalia was unable to download through action icon (vid 2) however this worked when I tested it.

• mp4 downloads do not work through the Asset. (vid 2)
