Disable Analytics Scheduled Exports and Alerts🔵

Alerts are not displaying well and are not helpful. We cannot remove Alerts without also removing Scheduled Exports, so we should disable both for now.

I tried to create a Product Tour through Intercom to better explain the exports, however the Product Tour tool was not able to interact and point to elements in the Share Analytics
