Check for duplicates🔵

When uploading a file is it possible to check if that file is a duplicate?

By file size

By file extension

less so - by file name

EH: This needs design to have this make sense with version control. How would this work? Overwrite? Duplicate check optional? Report? how do we handle if a duplicate is introduced.
