APS Credits Modal Improvements

📝Recommend making distinction between selectable files and non-selectable files (pdf/docx) more apparent. (ie. replace checkbox with filetype icon.) Checkbox makes it seem as though they will be included in their credit calculation.

🔁Hover appearing over each file saying it is “file already processed”, not sure what is causing that/if it needs to be there.
