Add DB Table for AEC Apps🔵

To make additions to the AEC page easier to update without requiring a release we need to add a table to the DB that can be updated with new links to apps as they come online.

Requirements:

• Adds a DB table that can hold links to new AEC apps

• Cards should be generated based on what’s in the DB table

• May need to hold an icon link?

• Admin page for managing this?
