Add Actionable Text to Empty Inputs🔵

When inputs are empty, should they have actionable text inside 
ie. "select folders"

Further clarification: These were in the original design specs and were there previously there. The labels could have been impacted by previous update but not sure a new design is required here. Let me know if you need anything further on this.
