This guide will walk you through how to create, sort, and organize your custom fields.
Creating Custom Fields
To create custom fields for your assets, select βConfigure Tableβ at the top right of the Asset Table.

Within the Configure Table modal, you can add, edit, or delete custom fields.

When adding your Custom Fields, you enter the Field Name and Field Type. The Field Type can be Text, Single Select, Multi-Select, Number, and Date. Please note, only Single and Multi-Select fields will be added to your Filters.

Once you save your changes to Custom Fields, newly added custom fields will appear in your Asset Table.
There is a limit of 10 custom fields.
Sorting Custom Fields
To sort by a custom field, select the Sort button above the Asset Table and select your desired field for sorting.

Use the arrow beside the Sort button to set if the Sort should be in ascending or descending order.
Organize Custom Fields
You can organize how your custom fields are displayed and choose which fields appear in the asset table through the organization modal.

When you open this up you can toggle between organization personal and guest. The organization settings will be reflected for everyone within your company that is accessing the table. Your personal settings are viewable only for you. The guest settings allow you to set exactly which fields your invited guests will be able to see in the asset table.
You can lock fields so they are not visible by clicking on the eye icon. Hidden fields are listed at the bottom of this modal and can be restored to view by scrolling to the hidden field, and clicking on the grey eye icon.
Use the six dots the left of the field names to select the field and drag it to the order you prefer in your asset table.
Once you are happy with how your asset table is set up, you can save that view.
